Contemplation is not only about what we can see. It’s also about what we can feel. In times like these, stranger than ever, we’re passing through a dark period of mixed feelings, diving into the complex trails of our mind. “A Year Without Mirrors” comes as the soundtrack for this deep journey. Esteriosísifo’s debut EP, self-released, is the result of a long process of experimentation and self-discovery, with many exquisite references from the deepest techno universes to the most meditative ambient landscapes.
A journey through four tracks and four different kinds of moods into the underworld. Perhaps you’ll find your cure in this journey. Or maybe, at least, you’ll be able to exorcize your demons. “A Year Without Mirrors” is the catharsis we were all in need of. Just have to Exile, Purge, Endure, Emerge. And Enjoy.

Contemplação. Um exercício bem mais complexo do que possa parecer. Um exercício introspectivo que, nestes tempos tão estranhos, se torna ainda mais complexo e labiríntico. Uma densa mistura de sensações pelos trilhos obscuros que podemos encontrar quando mergulhamos na profundidade da nossa mente. “A Year Without Mirrors” é precisamente a banda sonora para esse percurso. EP de estreia de Estereosísifo, numa edição independente, surge como o resultado de um processo longo de experimentação e auto-descoberta, pontuado por referências que orbitam nos universos do techno mais denso às paisagens mais ambient. Uma jornada por quatro temas e quatro estados de espírito distintos em direcção ao Purgatório. Talvez nesta viagem se encontre a cura para todos os males. Ou, pelo menos, talvez todos eles sejam exorcizados pelo caminho. “A Year Without Mirrors” é o elixir para a catarse há tanto necessária.
